The COPS Training Portal provides law enforcement agencies, practitioners and community partners with unlimited, no-cost access to a catalog of web-based courses and resources on community policing and emerging public safety issues.

The e-Learning catalog includes dozens of certificate-awarding, on-demand training programs that may meet continuing professional development requirements at the state and agency levels. It also offers supplemental training resources, such as roll-call videos, instructional content, case studies, e-Guides and more. Gain access to the entire, no-cost catalog when you sign up for a Portal account.

E-Learning Courses & Resources

By default, all available e-learning courses are displayed below. To search the e-learning catalog by keyword or term, type into the Search Courses & Resources field and click Submit. Results will include any course or resource containing the search term in the title or description. Alternatively, to search the e-learning catalog by designated category, use the dropdown list in the Filter Courses & Resources by Category field. Select one course or resource category from the list to display all related courses or resources available in the e-learning catalog and click Submit. Click the Reset All… button to begin a new search.
